The Service provides access to a catalogue of images and documents, for non exclusive download to the User’s computer or any other compatible medium.

To access the Service, the User must meet the conditions to access the Service, and fill a dedicated form on the site in order to get its personal login and password.

The validation of the form filled in by the User constitutes acceptance of these conditions and terms of use in their entirety and without reserve.

The Service allows Users to access a catalogue of images and documents for permanent non exclusive download.

Permanent download allows the storage of the above cited materials on the User's equipment without time limit.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MANGAKO owns all intellectual property rights related to the Service, including the brand “MANGAKO” and/or all other brands used by MANGAKO or one of its affiliates.

Reproduction in whole or in part, or modification or use of these brands, as well as of all other intellectual property rights of the Service, for any reason and on any basis whatsoever, without the express and prior permission to access the Service by MANGAKO is strictly prohibited.

Without prior and express authorisation from MANGAKO, any copying or use, in part or in whole, of the site or its contents is strictly prohibited.

A non-exclusive usage license for the materials downloaded is granted to the User, giving as well the right to carry out any reproduction for professional use, all resale being excluded, of audiovisual materials onto any analogue or digital media, known or unknown at present, in all formats.

All usage for purposes other than promotional use will subject the User to civil and/or criminal prosecution.

5. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information about the User collected by MANGAKO when registering are exclusively for MANGAKO to manage access to the Service.
This information will not be transmitted to any third party whatsoever.

MANGAKO cannot be held responsible for any loss encountered in the transmission of the User's personal information from the website.

6. LIABILITY

MANGAKO will not be held liable for malfunction or interruption of the Site related to or resulting from force majeure.

MANGAKO will not be held liable for temporary or permanent breakdowns and irreversible events on the User’s storage units.

MANGAKO will not be held liable, in any way whatsoever, for poor operation or inadequate provision of access to the Internet and/or communication with the Service.
